Monday to Thursday 5 PM to 1 AM, Friday and Saturday 4 PM to 3 AM, Sunday 4 PM to midnight. The kitchen closes an hour before the floor. Public holidays follow Sunday hours.
Yes, strictly 18 and over at all times. We are a licensed venue inside SkyCity Adelaide, so bring physical photo ID. Digital IDs are accepted if issued by an Australian state.
SkyCity's Festival Drive car park sits under the complex with flat evening rates. The Royal Adelaide Hospital car park and North Terrace street parking are the usual backups. Trams stop two minutes from our door.
Buy a Taster card at the counter and ask for a walkthrough; a host will show you the launch handle, ball flow and payout display in about ten minutes. Free group lessons also run every evening before 7 PM, or book a private lesson.
Row C is tuned for gentle play: Umi Monogatari and similar titles have forgiving variance and slower pacing. Hosts keep an updated list of beginner-friendly cabinets at the counter.
Most guests spend $29 to $89 on cards. Add $15 to $35 per head if you plan to eat. Our price page lists every rate, and the estimator can cost your group night in advance.
Almost always, yes. The floor seats 84 players and turns over steadily. Friday and Saturday after 8 PM can mean a short wait at peak; we text you when your machine frees up so you can wait at the bar.
Groups of six or more book a reserved bay together and save 15% on cards. Send the date and headcount through contacts and the events team confirms within a day. Details on the group deals page.
Deposits refund in full up to seven days before the booking, and we will move a date once for free inside that window. Full terms are on the refund policy page.
Collected balls exchange at the prize counter for tech gadgets, whisky, vouchers and limited collectibles. The counter restocks every Monday; members see the list first.
No. Pachinko Night operates as an entertainment lounge under SA licensing. Balls exchange for prizes, not cash, which is also how traditional parlours in Japan are structured.
Any session card played after 4 PM on Friday qualifies you for the 9 PM draw. The pool builds all week from house contributions and typically pays out in prize credit and premium counter items. See jackpot nights for the rules.
Absolutely. The bar pours forty Japanese whiskies and the kitchen serves until late. Plenty of regulars come for dinner and never touch a machine.
Payout settings are logged weekly by our technicians and the sheet is posted at the counter. Machines come from licensed Japanese suppliers and we do not touch internals between services.
Three private rooms seat up to eight, with two dedicated machines each, a call button for bar service and your own host to start. From $190 per hour. See VIP lounge hire.
