Terms of Service

These terms govern the pachinkonight.com website and the services provided by Harrington Leisure Pty Ltd at Pachinko Night Lounge, Adelaide. They apply together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and posted house rules.

1. Using this website

Content on this site is general information about our services, prices and events. We work to keep it accurate but may change prices, packages and event details without notice. Errors on the site do not create binding offers; confirmed bookings are confirmed in writing.

You must not misuse the site: no automated scraping, no submitting false information through forms, no attempts to access systems you are not authorised to use.

2. Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation with the date, service and price. Private hire and packages require a 20% deposit; the balance is payable on the night. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

You are responsible for the accuracy of booking details you submit. Changes to confirmed bookings follow the Refund Policy.

3. Venue conduct

Entry is restricted to guests 18 and over. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service, to require ID, and to remove guests whose conduct endangers others or the equipment. Intoxicated guests will not be served alcohol, consistent with our liquor licence obligations.

Guests must treat machines, staff and other patrons respectfully. Damage to equipment caused by misuse may be charged at repair cost.

4. Play, prizes and jackpots

Pachinko at the lounge is an entertainment product. Ball cards purchase play time and collected balls exchange for prizes at the counter — never for cash. Jackpot draws are promotional prize draws governed by the rules posted at the venue and on the relevant service page.

• Ball balances bank to your card and follow the expiry terms on the card.
• Prize counter items are subject to availability and change weekly.
• Tournament outcomes are determined by the posted rules of each event.

5. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for services is limited to resupplying the service or refunding its cost. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

We are not responsible for personal property lost at the venue, though we keep a lost-property log at the counter and do our best.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and photography are our property or licensed to us. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution; republishing content commercially requires permission.
