A host teaches handle control, machine types and payout reading, then stays while you play your first card.

Before you book
Ball cards stay valid while you hold the receipt. Leftover balls bank to your next visit automatically if you are a member.
High Roller cards and members can reserve a machine for up to two hours. Tournament and vintage machines are reservation-only during events.
20% on booking, refundable up to seven days out. The balance settles on the night and can include catering add-ons decided the same week.
Smart casual after 8 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. The rest of the week is relaxed; SkyCity's general venue rules apply at the door.
